Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Quaint two-bedroom bungalow in Duncan, BC the heart of the Cowichan Valley. Duncan is situated in southern Vancouver Island, 52 km north of Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. 232 km to Ucluelet/Tofino and the Pacific Rim National Park on the west coast of the island. 15 Km to the ocean.
3-piece bathroom, fully appointed kitchen, dining room and living room.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to grocery, liquor store, restaurants, and Saturday Farmers Market. Close to hiking trails, community park, gym, pool and tennis courts
Car may be available.
Children Welcome.
TV, Prime, WiFi, laundry, car available.
Free eggs with care of hens or opt put. Cat and plant care.
