Hello, we are Alessandro, Barbara and the small (4years) Artur.
We love to travel, to be around with people, but also have a good time in our home with our friends.
I, Alessandro, work in Milan as a project manager in a bank and I love to go to rock concerts, trekking in the mountains but also to dive.
Barbara instead takes care of our baby and the house.
His favorite hobbies are gardening, watching movies, reading and relaxing walks.
The thing we love the most is spending time together, at home, on the road or with friends.
As soon as possible we travel in Italy and abroad, with the desire to enjoy the true spirit of the places we visit.

Our Home For Exchange
Description of the home we are offering for exchange
Warm, cozy and colorful apartment located in the upper part of the city of Lecco.
The living area consists of a spacious living room with sofa, 42 "LCD TV, wi-fi, stereo and dining table. A bi-front fireplace is located between the living room and the kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa bed and 1 bedroom with single bed convertible into a double bed plus extendable bed for baby (the two rooms are connected to each other). The apartment has two bathrooms: one with toilet, sink and small bath with shower and one with toilet, bidet, sink and jacuzzi with a shower. There are also laundry room, garage and parking space, from the house there is access to a large terrace with covered dining area and a large 700 sq m fenced garden with views of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake.

Description of our neighbourhood and surrounding area
The apartment is located in the small village called Laorca, in the city of Lecco, which is a great starting point for many different activities.
The magnificent mountains that surround give us the ability to make all kinds of excursions: trekking, alpinism, mountain biking and skiing.
Lecco is on Como's Lake so you can easily visit (also by boat) the famous towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Como, Cadenabbia and Lenno.
Milan, the beautiful metropolis, with all its cultural attractions (Duomo, Brera, Castello Sforzesco, Santa Maria delle Grazie, which houses the Last Supper by Leonardo da Vinci, the 900 museum, and countless others) and mundane (the quadrilateral of fashion, concerts and events of all kinds), is just 50 km from the house while the Swiss border is only 30 km away.
The bus stop is located just below the house nad it connects frequently to the train station, the city center and the lake.
